Carbon block filters can be made as
customers wish in filter size.
Special feature
Conventional carbon
block filters are made by press method.
However, Korea Ceramics developed the extrusion method to
provide the most consistent carbon block performance ever available.
One of the most important features of Korea ceramics carbon
block filter (pipe type) is the dimensional consistency, including
roundness, concentricity, and wall thickness.
The extrusion process developed by Korea Ceramics much more
flexible and efficient than press process that is time wasting.
Korea Ceramics simply cuts to length for customer ' s specific
application, avoiding custom mold charges.
The extrusion process does not limit the length to just 1,000mm
parts
unlike other carbon block manufacturing methodologies.
